TERMS & CONDITIONS

All dates and times in these Terms and Conditions refer to Australian Eastern Standard Time.

 

Payment Terms

Invoices have a payment term of 14 days from the date of issue, however to be eligible for the Earlybird rates payment must be received by close of business 30 June 2014. 

 

All registration fees must be settled prior to the event.

 

Refunds and Cancellations

A 90% refund will be provided for all conference cancellations received in writing prior to close of business Friday 1 August 2014.

 

A 50% refund will be provided for all conference cancellations received in writing prior to close of business Friday 29 August 2014.

 

No refunds will be granted for any cancellations received after close of business Friday 29 August 2014.

 

Substitutions are allowed at anytime but must be communicated to ICCPM and registration forms completed for substituted delegates.

 

Program Amendments

Every effort will be made to keep presentations as represented, International Centre for Complex Project Management reserves the right to make any necessary changes to the programme.

 

Filming

By participating in the Conference you agree to be filmed and recorded during the Conference.  The presentations will be filmed and made available after the Conference.

 

Please note filming will be limited to the presentations.

 

The Chatham House rules will apply to the panel discussions and any question & answer sessions.
